Yoga outside. Or just looking up is such gift. We spend most of our time indoors and looking forwards at screens or juts forward into the world. How often do you look upwards or take in the sky during your day? Taking a break and just going outside into nature can give you whole system a reset. The eyes get to see much wider horizon . The mn gets to widen its perceptual field. The body gets to feel a bit more spacious and expansive. The soul is enlivened by beauty.
